Currently winding down with feet propped up and pillows supporting my back. It’s been a long few days, okay along month, and I’m counting down the less than 48 hours until I’m home and reunited with my family! With 2500 miles between us, I couldn’t be more grateful for the four sets of arms and cuddles waiting for me.
I hope your Thanksgiving was full and blessed and that your weekend just let the waves of gratefulness wash over it. Though I’ve been away, I’m so grateful for my work. Though I’ve been tired and (finally) able to keep food down, I’m so grateful for the new life growing inside me. Let us be mindful, not just on a holiday, but always, for the many gifts we’ve been given. For each one, I’m giving thanks. For each one, we’re blessed.
I know this post comes a little late, but let me still say, Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours.
XO
PS. I can’t wait to share more photos from our special moments and holiday cookies with you this week!

I agree that we all have many things to be thankful for not only on Thanksgiving day, but throughout the year. I am a first time mom of a 6 month old and life in general has a whole new meaning… Love reading your blog and getting mommy tips.
